ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8016 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.30840 of 2024 dated 23.04.2025 that

the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a month, i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police strongly opposed the petition, contending that the accused persons have swindled a large sum of money from innocent depositors and that the investigation is still in progress.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the fact that the co-accused in this case are still absconding and the petitioner is required for the purpose of further investigation, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8016 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.30840 of 2024 dated 23.04.2025.
