This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2024 within a time frame specified by this Court and consequently, to direct the third respondent to pay a compensation of Rs.54,000/- to the petitioner.

2. Heard both sides. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed at the admission stage itself.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the present petition, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2024 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
