ORDER

Petition in WMP.No.33344 of 2023 has been filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition. The petitioners have already paid separate court fee and accordingly, this petition is ordered.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
