I have considered the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of the applications.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent /plaintiff has also no objection in allowing the application. Further considering the fact that the parties are arrived at a settlement and a report had also been received from mediation indicating that the parties are settled between the parties. I see no impediment in ordering the applications and the applications are ordered accordingly.
