Mr..R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, Additional Government Pleader-R1 Order The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore has addressed a communication to the Registrar General, High Court, Madras, seeking an extension of time for complying with the order passed in W.P.No.31972 of 2025 dated 04.11.2025 wherein this Court had directed the trial Court to

complete the trial within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Due to continuous absence of the accused one after another, the 1st questioning itself could not be proceeded with, as a result of which, the Presiding Officer was unable to conclude the proceedings within a period of six weeks as directed by this Court. Therefore, he seeks a further extension of time.

3. Considering the above request, a further period of 3 months' time is granted to the learned Judge to complete the trial from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
