The petition has been filed seeking bail in connection with Crime No.254 of 2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(1), 109 of BNS, 2023 read with 4 of TNPHW Act.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed the grant of bail to the petitioners and submitted that the victim in this case is undergoing treatment in the hospital for cut injuries caused by this petitioners.

3. Considering the fact that the victim is still under treatment in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
