This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.21310 of 2023, dated 14.09.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
