ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents to register the FIR in view of the order passed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate,Thandrapattu, Tiruvannamalai District in Crl.M.P.No.13 of 2024 order dated 21.09.2024.

2. FIR is sought to be registered based on the directions given by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate,Thandrapattu, Tiruvannamalai District in Crl.M.P.No.13 of 2024 vide his order dated 21.09.2024.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the directions given by learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thandrapattu, Tiruvannamalai District, the petition under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., has been forwarded to the Investigation Officer to file report. Now the investigation

report is also filed enclosing the complaint.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the investigation report, it is open to him to file a private complaint before the appropriate forum.
