Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Writ, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 30.08.2017 and pay compound interest at the rate of 12% per annum on Rs.1,20,131/- in general and also under Rule 45-A of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules.

Liberty is granted to the writ petitioner to take such action as he may desire in regard to order dated _ 12.2017, in accordance with law. No costs.
