By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner presently working as a teacher in the Government Higher Secondary School, Kumbakonam, Cholapuram (West) as a English teacher from 04.06.2015 after clearing the Teacher's Eligibility Test certificate to the petitioner even after completing my probationary period of two years from the date of 04.06.2015 to 04.06.2017, the order regarding completion of probation is not being issued to the petitioner by the Chief Educational Officer, Thanjavur. Hence, the the petitioner made representation dated 04.02.2019, but till date the same has been not considered. 3.Heard both sides.
4.Mr.C.Munusamy, Special Government Pleader, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation was considered wherein it was required to pay Rs.100/- in Demand Draft along with the application and thereafter the certificate will be issued.
5. The petitioner has approached this Court without paying DD to the respondent, which is not acceptable one. Hence, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to annex Rs.100/- DD along with the application.
6.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to draw a demand draft in the name of the authority concerned within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter the respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
7.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
