The petitioner has presented this application to implead his sister as the respondent in the O.P.

2. The petition is for grant of letters of administration with the Will annexed in respect of the last Will and testament of Smt.C.Padmasini, the late aunt of the petitioner. The sister of the petitioner, who is sought to be impleaded, is a person who may have caveatable interest. Learned counsel for the proposed respondent is present and submits that the proposed respondent has no objection to being impleaded.

3. For reasons set out above, this application is allowed as prayed for. As a corollary, the petitioner is permitted to carry out amendments to the petition on or before 20.12.2022. A copy of the amended petition shall be served on learned counsel for the impleaded respondent within a week thereafter.

4. List the matter on 03.01.2023.
