CRL.O.P.No.28759 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

anu 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there arose a wordy quarrel between the first petitioner and the defacto complainant, whereby petitioners and other accused poured the kerosene on the defacto complainant and set fire on her. He would further submit that the suicidal note has also been submitted before this Court, which reveals that the petitioners have jointly committed the alleged crime. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the gravity of offence committed by the petitioners and the dying declaration of the deceased, this case requires a detailed investigation and this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 08.12.2022 anu CRL.O.P.No.28759 of 2022 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
