When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed this Writ petition seeking for payment of compensation in respect of the acquisition of the temple land, subsequently, this Court in order made in W.P.No.21349 of 2022, issued direction to the respondents therein to restore the subject land back to the temple's name and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication and accordingly, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 04.11.2022 2/5
