ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents herein to take further action on petitioner's complaint dated 18.09.2019 and subsequently direct to investigate the matter in accordance with law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.09.2019, an FIR has been registered in Cr.No.25/2019 dated 04.12.2019 under Sections 294(b), 494, 498(A), 506(i), 3(1) (r) and 3(1) (r) of IPC and hence, nothing survives in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
