This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seekingto call for the records in Crime No.200 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal. 2.The learned counsel for the Government (Crl.Side) representing the 1st respondent would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.200 of 2017. After conducting enquiry, the 1st respondent police filed charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi, and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.81 of 2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
