The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the Trial Court on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6117 of in Crl.O.P.No.16780 of 2022 dated 22.07.2022.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
