This application is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased third defendant as defendants in the suit.

2. The dispute is between the partners of the partnership firm. The respondents in this application have no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed by directing that the legal heirs be brought on record as defendants 10 to 12. Consequently, the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendments in the plaint on or before 06.12.2022 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the other parties within a week thereafter.

4. List the suit on 14.12.2022.
