Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to remove the encroachment made by the bunk shop on the foot path outside the Sneha Sadan Apartment, No.3, Karpagam Avenue Main Road, R.A.Puram, Chennai - 600 028 and in a non vending zone by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2023, 04.08.2023 and 11.08.2023.

3. The said application of the petitioner shall be considered preferably within a period of six months.
