ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to call for entire records in connection with the case in FIR in crime No.300 of 2015 on the file of the respondent, Chennai and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

2.It is seen from the records that the respondent police had registered a case against the petitioner and others in the year 2015 itself. Even after completion of seven years, the respondent police did not file any final report so far. Therefore, it is hit under Section 468 Cr.P.C and FIR cannot be sustained.
