By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 05.08.2024 seeking correction in the FMB pertains to the land comprised in Survey Nos.33/7A1, 33/7A, 33/8A, 33/9A and 33/10A situated at Uliampattu Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that a portion of the property belong to him in the above mentioned survey numbers was acquired by the Government for the purpose of laying road. However, in the FMB, the road has been wrongly shown in the remaining patta land of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 05.08.2024 before the 1st respondent seeking correction in FMB with regard to the location of the road and the same has not been considered by the 1st respondent till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2024 will be considered by the 1st respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
