The petitioner herein seeks No Objection Certificate for conducting SPA. For the said purpose, she has given a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Coimbatore through post. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that if the petitioner makes proper application along with necessary documents notified in the Government Gazette No.9, dated 27.02.2019, the application will be considered as per the procedure.

Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent police to consider the representation as per law.
