M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal made in C.C.No.144 of 2008, dated 11.07.2017, confirmed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal in Crl.A.No. 46 of 2017, dated 12.07.2019.
