This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as "the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.38 of 2024, out of which a sum or Rs.50,00,000/- to be paid within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and another sum of Rs.50,00,000/- to be paid within a period of 6 weeks", in Crl.O.P.No.18742 of 2024, dated 29.08.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 29.08.2024.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.

5. The petitioner is directed to comply the order dated 29.08.2024 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
