This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.24819 of 2022 on 26.10.2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station everyday at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Ariyalur Town Police Station everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limit of the respondent police station until further orders.
