This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.14649 & 14651 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.1091 of 2022 dated 27.12.2018 that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court, on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI) submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition.
3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court, once in every six months starting from 1st working day of March2023. In the event of change of address, the petitioners shall intimate the same to the Court as well as to the respondent Police.
