respondent to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the second respondent on 27.10.2023 in S.T.C.No.107 of 2021 on the file of the Additional District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambur, Vellore District, within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police, on instructions, submits that the second respondent/accused was appeared before the Court below, today.

3. Since the second respondent/accused was already appeared before the Court below, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
