ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further investigation of the case which has already culminated in filing of final report and cognizance taken by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore in C.C. No.506 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant contended that there are enough evidence to show that the money cheated from the Petitioner's Company been siphoned by the accused Ramadas and shared it with other known persons through his account. However, the Police have not investigated the other beneficiaries and put them.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that initially the case was investigated by District Crime Branch, Coimbatore and final report filed by the DCB, now the case has been followed by the City Crime Branch, Coimbatore. If the petitioner provides any additional informations which may warrant further investigation, the same will be done in accordance with law.

4. Recording the same, the petition is disposed of directing the petitioner herein to provide any information available with him, which 2/4

may be necessary for further investigation.
