O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant issued against the third respondent on 08.02.2024 in S.T.C.No.351 of 2023 on the file of the Additional District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambur, Vellore District, within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police, on instructions, submits that the first respondent/ Police could not trace the third respondent and the Village Administrative Officer has also issued a certificate that no such person is available in the said address and therefore, the warrant could not be executed in time.

3. Taking note of the above fact, the petitioner is directed to furnish the details regarding the whereabouts of the third respondent to the first respondent/Police, and on such intimation, the first respondent/Police is directed to execute the bailable warrant against the third respondent.
