This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13255 of 2023 to report before the trial Court on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, except for unforeseen circumstances.
