Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2020 consequently direct the respondents to make necessary corrections in the revenue records including the FMB sketch, the width of the lane as 8 feet in S.No.237/68 in Kallupadi Village, Gudiyatham Taluk.

Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage, itself.
2. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition, for a mandamus, directing the respondents to make necessary corrections in the revenue records including FMB sketch as the width of the lane situated in S.No.237/68 in Kallupadi Village, Gudiyatham Taluk is 8 feet, by considering his representation dated 17.11.2020. Page Nos.2/5
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given representation on 17.11.2020, the third respondent has not considered the same till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2020, and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, rival claimants and/or adjacent owners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no Page Nos.3/5
order as to costs.
