O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent-Police to comply with the directions of this Court dated 30.06.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.18299 of 2025 and consequently, direct the third respondent-Police to restrain himself from conducting petition enquiry in C.No.420/ACP PVM/COP PG/2025 against the petitioner.

The case of the petitioner is that despite the order of this Court dated 30.06.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.18299 of 2025, the petitioner has been repeatedly called for enquiry by the third respondent-Police, though, whenever the petitioner had received summons, he appeared before the third respondent-Police and extended his fullest co-operation for enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.18299 of 2025, dated 30.06.2025, this Court directed the petitioner to co-operate for enquiry/investigation. However, Page Nos.2/5

even after service of summons, the petitioner has not appeared.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the third respondent-Police, is hereby directed to serve notice afresh on the petitioner by fixing the date of enquiry, on such service, the petitioner is directed to co-operate for enquiry/investigation. Thereafter, the respondent-Police shall proceed as per law.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
