Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent to transfer the investigation of Crime No.270 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent to CBCID, Thiruvallur.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to transfer the investigation of Crime No.270 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent to CBCID, Thiruvallur.

2. It is seen that when the matter was posted "For Admission" during the year 2017, it was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Thereafter, the matter was listed only on 06.07.2020 and today there was no representation for the petitioner. It shows that the learned counsel for the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further, since the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter for admission, for the period of 3 years. At this stage, this petition cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
