PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police to execute the Bailable warrant issued by the Fast Track Court-II, Allikulam, Chennai in S.T.C. No.7768 of 2022 dated 10.05.2023 as against One Karthigaibalan (4th Acused).

ORDER

The present petition is filed to direct the first respondent to execute the NBW issued against the second respondent/4th accused for non appearance of the accused in a private complaint initiated under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

2. Records indicates that the NBW issued against the second respondent/4th accused has been forwarded to R1 Mambalam Police Station, instead of R-4, Soundara Pandiyanar Angadi Police Station, T.Nagar.

3. In the said circumstances, the learned Fast Track Judge, Fast Track Court-II, Allikulam, Chennai shall take necessary steps to forward the NBW to the concerned Jurisdiction Police and follow it in accordance with law.
