Vide order dated 24.06.2024 made in Crl.MP.No.8897 of 2024 in Crl.RC.No.1050 of 2024, this Court had suspended the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner and directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the cheque amount in STC.No.2391 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvottiyur. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the said condition, as the petitioner had already deposited 20% of the cheque amount.

2. In the aforestated scenario, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed vide order dated 24.06.2024 made in Crl.MP.No.8897 of 2024 in Crl.RC.No.1050 of 2024 in respect of the deposit of cheque amount and the petitioner shall deposit a further 30% of the cheque amount in STC.No.2391 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvottiyur. All other conditions imposed on the petitioner, vide order 1/3

3. Further, time is extended by a further period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
