2. This case is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned".

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that there is an inadvertent mistake in the operative portion of the order passed by this Court on 16.11.2023. He submits that in Paragraph 5 (iii), the word "effecting seizure of the" may be deleted. Instead, "taking the" may be added.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant accedes to the same.

5. Hence, Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy by incorporating the following corrections in Paragraph 5(iii): "5(iii). If the respondent resist the execution of the

warrant by the learned Advocate Commissioner, the learned Advocate Commissioner may, if desired, take the help of the local police for taking the inventories in Schedule A from the respondent. The Advocate Commissioner may also break open the lock from the premises of the respondent with the help of the local Police. The Advocate Commissioner shall however record the event surrounding such steps and file a report before this Court."

6. Registry is directed to issue fresh copy of the warrant to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

7. All other observations in the earlier order dated 16.11.2023 remains unaltered.
