This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 90 days in filing written statement of the defendants 1 and 2 in C.S.No.44 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has stated no objection for allowing this application.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the delay of 90 days in filing written statement by the defendants 1 and 2 in C.S.No.44 of 2025 is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
