This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondent as respondent in the aforesaid writ petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present miscellaneous petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
