ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.10.2021 and investigate the matter in accordance with the law pursuant to the order passed in C.M.P. No.1447/2021 dated 16.11.2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakurichi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 10.10.2021, First Information Report has been registered and hence the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
