ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to register FIR in the petitioner's complaint dated 04.06.2022.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 04.06.2022 to the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the respondent police has given CSR.No.503 of 2022, which is pending.
3.The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has given C.S.R.No.503 of 2022. Thereafter, on questioning of jurisdiction, the same was transferred to the Inspector of Police, Maduravoyal Police Station, Chennai and it is pending. 4.In view of the same, the Inspector of Police, Maduravoyal Police Station is hereby directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the concerned parties and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
