These matters are taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the revision petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioners would submit that this Court by an order dated 16.11.2023 allowed the above C.R.P.s along with a direction directing the revision petitioners to pay batta within a period of two weeks from the date of that order. However, the learned counsel would submit that when the batta was presented, there was one day delay on the part of revision petitioners. Hence, the trial court is not accepting the batta. Therefore, he seeks to extend the time for payment of batta. Accordingly, the matter is listed today.

3. Considering his submissions, in para 7 of order, at the 11th line, after the word "on payment of batta" it shall be substituted as follows :- "and two weeks time is granted to pay batta to the petitioner from today".

4. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in C.R.P.Nos. 3851 and 3854 of 2023 dated 16.11.2023 and issue fresh order copy to the Revision Petitioners. 15.03.2024 rpp N.B. : Issue order copy today 2/3
