This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 22.08.2023 in Crl.OP.No.17689 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, again weekly once ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., before the concerned Judicial Magistrate till committal and thereafter, appear before the Sessions Court, weekly once ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates, except for unforeseen circumstances.
