HCP.Nos.2020 & 2152 of 2023 M.S.RAMESH, J., and SUNDER MOHAN, J., These two Habeas Corpus petitions were listed before the Court under the caption 'for recall of final orders'.

2.It was brought to out notice that the conditions imposed in the present Habeas Corpus petitions vide order of this Court dated 01.02.2024 were not complied with by the accused/A2 & A9.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu's in these two Habeas Corpus Petitions (A2 & A9) are now complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
