This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, passed in Crl.O.P.No.23124 of 2022 dated 23.09.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
