These petitions have been filed to amend the Satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate Court, Omalur instead of Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Mettur in Crl.O.P.No. 25648 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.25648 of 2022, dated 28.10.2022 and issue fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
