ORDER
Learned counsel for the Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank submits that the bank's dues were settled by the applicant, Ex-Director of the company in liquidation, pursuant to negotiations. He has filed a memo dated
25.03.2026 stating that a sum of Rs.63 crore was received as full and final settlement and that no amount is due to the Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank from either the applicant or the company in liquidation.
2. Since the entire dues to Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank have been discharged, the claims of Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank are liable to be removed from the list of claims pending with the Official Liquidator for adjudication. By directing such removal, these applications are disposed of.
