Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in Detention order bearing C.M.P.NO.44/GOONDA/2024/M1 dated 20.08.2024 against the detenu Abishek, Son of Rajendran confined at Central Prison, Salem and set aside the same, consequently direct the respondents to produce the body of the detenu Abishek son of Rajendran before this Honble Court and set him at Liberty.
