This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25332 of 2022 dated 27.10.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that A2 had not complied with the conditions regularly and the other petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed in respect of A2.

The condition imposed as against the others petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
