Respondents in both the W.P's COMMON PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 3rd respondent herein from in any manner arresting or taking any coercive action against the petitioner pursuant to the order of proclamation dated 12.08.2017 requiring for appearance of person accused in crime No.432 of 2014 issued by the 1st respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that F.I.R. has already been quashed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in S.L.P.No.10488 of 2018 on 08.10.2021. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
