This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire case diary in Cr. No.1 of 2018 on the file of the CBCID-Headquarters, Anti Human Trafficking Cell, Chennai /1st respondent herein and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C. No.487/2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Thiruvallur.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
