ORDER
The allegation in this case is that on 19.08.2019, the accused is alleged to have stopped the tractor with sugarcane load in the middle of the road without any signalling light on the rear side and the defacto complainant had to hit against the same and suffered injuries. It is also brought to the notice that they have already filed claim petition and the same has also been awarded. When the accused appeared virtually and admitted his crime, considering the nature of allegations, this case upon pleading guilty, the Page No.1 of 3
accused is imposed the fine of Rs.200/- for the offences under Section 279 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860 and Rs.300/- for the offence under Section 337 of IPC, in all totalling sum of Rs.500/-.
2. The accused is present virtually in the police station and undertakes to pay the fine. The accused undertakes to go to the Court concerned after receipt of this copy of the order and pay the fine.
3. In view thereof, the case in C.C.No.171 of 2020 shall stands quashed and accordingly, this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands disposed of. 22.08.2025 nsl electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
